I had a wonderful time at this hotel, which has a charming atmosphere and offers an exceptional dining experience. The staff were genuinely helpful and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. However, the rooms could definitely use some updating, and I found the hot springs not to be in the best condition. Overall, it was a solid experience, but there is room for improvement.
